Bradesco Asset Servicing System – Transfer Order of book/nominal assets traded out of stock exchange.
The form to transfer book/nominal assets traded out of stock exchange should be obtained by the Disposing in our branch.
Procedures to execute deposit of assets on B3 through Brokerage Houses
When the investor intends to execute a transfer of book assets position to the B3 S.A. -
Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão custody, it should be executed through a Custodian / Brokerage House.
First of all, the investor should contact the Custodian / Brokerage House of its preference.
Afterward, the investor should fill the form called OTA - Ordem de Transferência de Ações Escriturais and release it to the Brokerage House which will analyze and approve the document. After that, the Brokerage House will release the document to 4010/Departamento de Ações e Custódia (DAC), together with authenticated copy of official identification documents with photo and CPF [Brazilian ID] (or your Legal Representative properly empowered), as well as recent proof of address.
After the receipt of the request, DAC will follow the necessary procedures, according to the regulation, in order to process the movement of assets custody, in other words, transferring the assets from Bradesco Custody to B3, for negotiation through Brokerage House.
