First Access
After contacting the Bank, you will receive a letter with a login and initial password to be used for your first access.
The login and password must be entered in the fields shown. Use the "Click here" button below the text box to key in your "secret phrase" which is then registered, and to register a new password.
Enter your company CNPJ and name, and user name as registered in our system. Then create your own secret phrase (minimum of 12 characters, maximum of 40) and alter your access password. The secret phrase must also contain numerical and / or special characters, which may be upper and / or lower case.
After registering, your access will be available.
Prerequisite for using NetBol and NetReport
The browser used must be Microsoft Explorer ® or Netscape ® Navigator 4.7 or higher.
For best performance, we recommend using a computer with Pentium II processor and 64 MB Ram or higher.
